21 Day Fast | Starting January 1st

We want to start the year off right by dedicating the first portion of our year to the Lord! He gets the first and the best! We encourage everyone to participate in the 21 days of prayer and fasting and invite you to choose an option that’s challenging for you.

  • Option 1 – Forgo one meal a day consistently and use that time for focused prayer*
  • Option 2 – A Daniel Fast, eliminating meat, bread, and sweets
  • Option 3 – A normal fast (water only) for the 21 days

We also encourage you to set aside all media during our time of prayer and fasting. There is so much noise around us and it really can rob us of our time and attention.
